Bérose, this is a duo at the top of today's Caribbean music. Music mixed par excellence, at the crossroads of the influences which made the history of the Antilles. Sonia Pinel-Féréol on vocals, and Dominique Bérose on keyboards, finally put their name to the music of Martinique and Guadeloupe that they have been serving for so long with this first album, the very well named Parcours. From mazurka to gwoka, from biguine to chouval bwa through jazz, it is a review of detail, a lesson of music to which we are invited, enriched by talented collaborations. - Christophe Jenny - liner notes.
